General Technical Studies

The aim of this task was to position columns within the car park at suitable locations, using a building grid. In doing so the position of the columns have been placed at the end of each of the parking bay, allowing any vehicle enough space to enter and exit the car park safely. The exterior walls to the car park are load bearing, meaning that columns are not needed next to the wall. The beams are all parallel to each other, however they do intersect each other.
